Virus...need Help Please

Some Virus Came on my Laptop and it doesn't delete All my Program and information. It Overloads The the Built in Hard Drive and Crashed My Computer.I can even start up the back up generator because it took that down also.So now i have to use my homes main computer which means i have to get kicked of the Computer a lot by My sister and Brothers.

Can u guys Help Me?

i use avast + zone alarm .

avast is free home edition but i t rocks !!

I did have avast and i had Spyware and Norton Spyware.The Virus took that all down... it was like a super virus

Um, try booting your pc up in safe mode, if that doesnt work then take your harddrive out, throw it in another pc, run some scans on it, clean it up and throw it back in.

If it boots up in safe mode, try running your antivirus programs, may or may not work.

best antivirus is to reformat your computer, make some backup files first.

Maybe if your computer incapable.

reformatting your hard drive is the final option for if all else fails. try booting in safe mode and doing a scan then.
