4/5 Awesome chapter! Shikamaru handled his father's death like a boss. Obito finally put Madara and his place.
But Neji dying? Nooooooo I get that this war needs some important deaths but why him? He had so much potential. Why not someone like...Okay I'll get to the point: Sakura should have died godammit!

Did anyone else think that it was weird how in Naruto Chapter 573 where all of the alliance were running to assemble in order to help Naruto, Neji was the only person out of the k11 (now k10) who didn't get a panel of him saying anything. I don't know, just a thought. maybe it links to this chapter, or maybe not. It's just odd that Kishi did that. Well, watever we didn't get to see Neji say then....he said it now, sigh....

Finally Kishi kills off a character of importance to Naruto. I got amped for a second thinking Neji and Hinata both died for him. Love how Kishi slowly built Neji up to this moment from the exam battle with Naruto to the war fighting with Hinata to this. I think the next death is going to be someone close enough to Naruto that he finally understands what Obito went through.

Nah the bird flying away was a flashback of his time training and looking for birds with his byakugan in the first series and always missing one bird. It got hit by a wooden stake so neji's definitely dead.

glad he died a hero but he didn't have to. i just dislike the way naruto acts like a genin whenever he's not in bijuu or sage mode. he had to waste sage chakra on rasenshuuriken without a plan knowing it would produce little or no effect on the situation @ hand...then he had to squat there frozen under the cover of hinata long enough for neji to step into the attack. enough time for naruto to escape the danger. he really should do a lot of training to enhance his personal abilities after the war. the stronger his real self, the more efficient he becomes in bijuu mode.

Hopefully either obito revives him after some tnj with kakashi (reason for rin's death) or lee and guy lose it and go 7th gate on madara and obito for like 1 minute) then naruto realizes that he can't let anyone else die starts to unlock a new power then we switch over to sasuke and his new power with the scroll

That was messed up. Kishi only gives Neji screen time now and kills him off right away? I didn't even flinch when I saw him die. Kishi should've at least gave Neji two chapters of screen time before killing hihm so it would be more emotional. But oh well.

But this only means one thing: Rock Lee and Gai are going to cry a hell of a lot and get so pissed. Gai and Lee will open all Gates (finally) and mess up Madara, Obito, and the Juubi (too fast and strong for Obito to go intangible and for Madara to use Susano'o and the Juubi will only get an injury). But then they'll get killed of by the Juubi and Naruto will be super shocked and sad for Lee and Gai, and Kakashi will be so sad that Gai is dead that he Raikiris Sakura and Naruto will finally feel Obito's pain. Then Sasuke and Orochimaru will come in and the epicness begins...

Naruto is a freaking idiot. He should summon the 2 great sage toads and go into sage mode like Jiraiya did. That way his sage mode wont end until they detach from him. Then he could hurl rasenshurikens and by some time. Damn... thats his only ranged attack and he's a frakin wind style... what an idiot. Naruto sucks.
