Is it complicated? I understood we will follow a timeline or sequence of events, but how can we keep everything in order with the number of members participating?

It is indeed open for discussion. There will be a game-mod for every single event and he will dictate all the events. Everyone will follow his guidelines and the story he dictates. It will make sense when the event starts.
