Will each event have it's own selection process? Or will it be a generic one? Also if someone takes part in an "event" would they then be excluded from the next, so more people get a chance to join in?

Yes its own. And no they will be allowed in each event if they meet the requirement.

I'm in the middle of Konoha, in front of the Hokage's palace, and I'm challeging the Hokage (Or whoever he appoints as a replacement) for the tittle of Konoha's ruler. How can I translate it into this RPG?

Well this RPG basically is driven by an event of sort that is initiated by the game-mod. Your challenge seems to be more like personal RP goal or aim that you are trying to achieve, it is not an event based RP to start with. But if you take the same idea and convert it into you being an evil person trying to "takeover" Konoha with your "forces" of sort and challenge Konohagakure's Kage and Shinobis then it makes sense in event language. You will be the boss NPC fighting the Kage, while your minions will fight the shinobis of konoha initiating the event and by the end coming with a result or story.

It will be announced in this forum, and most probably the game-mod for that event will decide who gets to be the Boss NPC's. There can be more than one Boss NPC depending on the event.

I believe you are bound to that bio the entire time, which would be the logical thing to have happen.

Agreed. Imagine someone suddenly twitching in agony as he transforms into another person and then he continues his conversation as if nothing out of the ordinary just happened.

Anyway; would it be possible for a normal role-player such as myself to create a 'personal NPC'? My character, Hawke Inuzuka, has a daughter named Laura, and I'd really like to include her in some of the scenarios.
