It's okay for a filler though some chars are annoying ... only watch if you have nothing better to do and no other anime at hand.

I personally find all filler arcs annoying and rubbish, haha xD the plot is always under-developed in my opinion. The captain and zanpakuto rebellion arcs especially >_>

Ah the new squad three captain arc it is alright better than the bount arc for sure.

That was in the Arrancar Arc. Bount Arc sucked. Fullbringer Arc sucked. That filler arc was ok I guess. Not awesome.
