WHY is everyone saying BLACK zetsu is dead when Sasuke only killed white Zetsu?

Black Zetsu was cut from White zetsu fighting the Kage. But we never saw him "die".

He will most likely "pop up" again in the storyline.

He got chopped and pinned to the ground by Chojuro but it hasn't been conformed if he died or not. Black Zetus was still alive after the strike just unable to move. It's in Chapter 562.

Black Zetsu was Madara's will. He's probably slowly making his way to the battlefield. If he can sync with Madara. He'll show up to give Madara a needed power up or regeneration.

It's exactly the other way round: He isn't needed anymore. He was only there to help Obito carry out the plan while Madara was dead. With Madara being back (well, sort of), Black Zetsu is irrelevant.
