There are no 100% accurate translations. There is a reason why the bible has tons of different books. It is because one word can mean multiple things thus complicating the translating process.

While VIZ is the official provider they still have to translate the same words. Obviously they can make things a bit more accurate because they have the whole picture there are no 100% accurate translations.
