Reason for injury: Was Injured in a sparring Match
Description of Injury: I received a minor injury from a kick to my left arm (bruised), Slash marks from a blade on my arms and legs, and two minor stab wounds on my stomach from kunai knives tied to wire.
Location:stomach, both arms, and both legs.
Type:Physical
Severity: Minor
