or do you guys think Madara Kidnapped Rin, made zetsu into her just so kakashi could kill her to have him unlock the MS?

I think Madara used Rin to get information on the hidden mist, thats why he was able to control the kage there.

no because if she was a spy as you say then Kakashi wouldn't still think of her as a teammate and he would't feel guilty for not protecting her.

It's a big possibility that rin maybe pulled a daphne and got captured again, and they wanted info on the nine tails or 4th hokage or whatever, and if I remember correctly, young kakashi always used to play things by the rules. So the rule was to complete the mission, (make sure the mist doesn't get their hands on this info) before saving a comrade.
