OK i want a help with this so ..
I got a brother who spents 4 hours on Facebook and its my PC ,so i want to know is there a way to block that page in Mozila Options but without any messages like It was disabled, and that it would work for the other administrator account that i have ??

Hmm not really sure how.But im pretty sure it has something to do with 'blocking website with firewall'.I googled it and found some answers.But i dont really get it @_@ (im using mobile so i cant copy link)

I really need it because my brother is allways using Youtube and he spents 80% of my internet limit on youtube and i got only 10 GB so i want to block it for that

I found this
You need to be pretty computer savvy to do this...
You will need to edit what is called the Host file. These pages explain what that file is and what it does. It'll show you how to block websites, no matter what browser you're using.
I don't know which version of Windows you're talking about so I'll give you links to both Vista

Download this hosts file and copy it to
c/windows/system32/drivers/etc
Ive already added facebook and youtube to be blocked
