Ok the basic of this jutsu is too surprise the opponent with the second fist. Read over the jutsu. Talk about how it would confuse the opponent into thinking its a normal short-range punch and then the lightning mid-range fist.

It would be surprising due to the sudden change of attack,similar to a Cannon Taijutsu move(forgot the name) the foe will think its just an average charged punch but the second its release it changes the whole aspect of the attack

Good, give me two ways you would use this technique and then I will teach you it.

1.After using a cover technique(like Hidden mist)there user can unleash it right afterwards making it easier to for the user to be sure a surprised hit

2.The user can also when in doubt against a specific target can punch the target and then unleash the fist causing twice the damage

Good. Now gather your lightning chakra around your fist and punch towards your opponent. Right behind your fist an exact copy, which is as large as the average body, made up of complete bright lightning should be fired at the target.

As told,Lea gathers his lighting chakra into his fist rearing it back preparing his fist by closing his fist,Lea then trust his clinched fist forward releasing a powerful lighting punch bigger than his own sending it flying foward towards the clone
