This has been going for over 100 chapters now, and frankly it's getting stale. The possibilities have been exhausted here. Let's get to Sasuke and Orochimaru, the Kage and Naruto vs. Sasuke. War needs to wind down soon, getting kind of boring.

Orochimaru. Revival of Uchiha clan. Sasuke v Naruto. Sakura's death, rebuilding Konoha and so forth. NaruSaku is dead guise.

Yes because they have something to move on to after this ar. Unless kishi pulls out a while new story arc which he kinda hinted though is unlikely I think you should be grateful.

How I see the war ending:

Sasuke shows up after Madara beats down Naruto a bit. Obito gets killed off to bring Madara back, probably under genjutsu. Obito dies a villain. Kakashi or some other character bites it. Probably most likely is Sakura, since everyone hates her anyways. That or Kiba. Madara convinces Sasuke that he's on the right side of history. Madara recognizes Sasuke as useful and takes him since he will remind Madara of Izuna.

Juubi is sealed. Inside Sasuke. Or perhaps Madara. The war ends with Madara living, Obito dead and Juubs sealed inside someone. Juubi can't be killed, even the Sage couldn't do that much. Probably most likely is Sasuke. How Kurama and Juubs would coexist in Naruto... well, shits iffy at best.

Madara gets beat after being resurrected, and retreats with Sasuke and the sealed Juubi inside him. 10 tails-mode Sasuke awakens Rinnegan and puts the hurt bad on Naruto. The Alliance has to retreat with sakura's corpse and Naruto defeated.

Kishimoto loves doing the unexpected and trollin us. Madara going down and Juubi magically getting killed make very, very little sense lorewise when we consider that even Raikage mentioned they can self-resurrect and Sage couldn't kill it.

Sasuke is not the top guy here,His time will come when Kishi says so and when it happens it be for Sasuke to acknowledge Naruto as the better man.
