I then analyze his wounds. Clearly a punch to the head and the wound in his hand first take my notice. The patient also seems to have some had contact with wires that were forcefully winded around him to constrict him gravily. It also appears that a big source of chakra hit him in the chest, most likely from a rasengan. Apart from that he also has "kicking wounds" in the rasengan area of effect.

Using his hands and his chakra, the doctor straightens the ribs into the right position, forcefully pulling them into place before he can repair them. Using his chakra, the doctor makes use of the calcium in the patients body and forcefully makes it gather and repair the broken ribs. With one use, the doctor stops and inspects his work by using his chakra to scan the ribs once more. He notices that they are about 50% repaired so he uses the technique once more.

Note: This technique takes 2 turns to completely heal a bone, taking 25 chakra for one turn (making the bone half-way healed) and another 25 the other turn to heal it completely, meaning it actually takes 50 chakra.

Focusing on the minor wounds, that were all cleaned and sterile before he started the bone healing process, he infuses them with his chakra and helps the coagulation process near the wounds, accelerating it a few steps further to help close the wounds.

When the man told him he wasn't a doctor it comforted Goku. Goku loves him some stranger danger usually cause he would mutilate the stranger. Goku needed to kill someone and quick! The problem was Goku's body was much too injured to allow him to fight. Also it didn't help that the stranger was strong.
