luffy could be able to have a liquid form:
as we know luffy is a rubber man(duh) , and rubber can be vulcanised(resembling that of red hawk attacks)
vulcanised rubber makes it almost impossible to melt (or atleast very difficult),vulcanised rubber is in car tyres and things , added with sodium which when it oxidises can become flamable.

take these principles and luffy may be able to become a liquid(similar to logia but probably with a few draw backs), this is because rubber is found in trees in a liquid state.

and using this he could overcome his main weaknesses being blades and haki enhanced projectiles e.g. kizarus lasers,this would make luffy a whole lot stronger!
for example he could change his shape and make weapons out of his body(this could be important later)

sadly this would have major side effects like i said before, natural rubber is less versatile and stretchy, which would mean in a liquid state he would have a significantly shorter attack range.which is why i suggested weapons earlier; luffy could find that a cannon like weapon to overcome the possible difficulties with his attack range , the cannon could fire highly concentrated air (similar concept to the pad cannon attack kuma used) which would probably make luffy a very powerful adversary and a challange even to an admiral.

do you think that oda might incorporate liquid rubber into one piece?

thanks dude! yeah more possibilities are explosives because rubber is used to store nitroglycorin otherwise known as TNT , which would mean he may be able to intake certain chemicals or dangerous objects or beams and fire things back like jushiro ukitake from bleach... i have a list of things , i think rubber is possibly (at full potential using all these things) a rival of gura gura no mi for the strongest paramecia fruit.

or using polymerisation he could change himself from being rubber into hydrocarbons like oil... which could mean explosions :D

but he could avoid them by changing shape to dodge the attack like if someone attacked him with a sword he could just split himself in two and reform his body

Intriguing enough.I hope your prediction comes true it would fit very nicely into luffys fighting style and would give a great start off to helping him with his weakness against water or at least be an upgraded way to absorb powerful blows and sneak around if need be (:

not neccessarily , so your saying rubber cannot return to its original shape?there are things called synthetic rubbers which have properties like shape memory , and we cant tell for sure , but think of it this way: did kabuto die when he liquified when he fought sasuke and itachi? not then he didnt.

Well first of all, that jutsu is not the same as what this is, so don't even try to compare them.

Second, Paramecia don't have the ability to reform from things like splitting.

my point is: kabuto didnt have powers similar to that of logia fruits in one piece did he? the kind of thing i was suggesting is very similar to kabutos technique , annnnnnnd actually uhh thats because we havent seen a paramecia with a liquid form , but rubber can become liquid , seeing as luffy is rubber it is possible by nature he could uncover powers like that. then again red hawk would clearly burn luffy by your logic (your logic being that rubber cannot take on its real life properties in the anime because it should "kill him" based on what we have seen so far!)but it never happens because logic applies in one piece.
