Why do some mods appear Unactive?
Just a question. I've noticed that for certain section's there's a whole list of mods but Only some seem to be active in terms of closing threads ect. like there invisible or something. Do they have other specific tasks in the given section? or It's just their option to not be seen?

Yea i think it's mainly the global mods that are like that, but i think they do it, so that they can catch people breaking the rules, because people think they are offline, but really they are. I know I am

that is serious that's why they are on late at night and early in the morning because for them it's daytime but for us it's sleep time

Sometimes I would be up in the Early morning/late in the night on NB. There some mods I've never seen comment on or close a thread...while there others we see very frequently. If I re call correctly, when Applications were out for Mods, there was a requirement of "up time" on NB that needed to be fulfilled.

because they are trying to get more mods for the different time zones to prevent people spamming threads with pictures of porn and mutilated bodies

Re: Why do some mods appear Unactive?
Just my two cents, maybe these mods are RP Mods and opperate only within the RP sections.
That's why you havent seen them around (?)
You don't RP do you?

Re: Why do some mods appear Unactive?
We have two types of mods: RP mods and general mods. The first group is mainly responsible for RP stuff. A while back some of them were given powers in other sections for emergencies, though overall it's not their primary job. General mods are responsible for the other sections.

troll mods appear more often when they get butt hurt over any little thing said OR when certain members with their heads up the mods' asses cry to them to shut down threads they don't like.
Lucky for us there aren't any mods like that ^x^
