Where does it say the Hokage knows every technique of the scroll?

Title says it all. I might be wrong but it said somewhere that every Hokage knows every technique of that forbidden scroll Naruto took in Chapter 1. Does anybody know what chapter it says that, or can you post it on here? + rep for all attempts and I might be wrong but Im pretty sure the manga said that.:confused:

Nope, it does say however that The Third was said to have mastered every Jutsu from the Hidden Leaf Village.

I honestly don't remember the manga stating that. I'm pretty sure Hiruzen knows'em, since I think he's the one that made them though :y

I think it said something like, only the hokage know the contents of the scroll. But I really can't remember

I suppose it's just presumed that because he had possession of it and could be interpreted that he created the scroll as guide to learning the techs.

The only thing I remember is that the first hokage knew every jutsu in that scroll

Hashirama made the scroll, because he's that much better than Hiruzen.
