It sounds like something that would happen however Obito needs to stay with the Bijuu since Madara is a corpse he won't be able to control it on his own unless Obito brings him back to life so he could be the Jinchuuriki of Bijuu & with Obito basically in command using that fact as leverage he's highly unlikely to take orders from Madara
