Description: After forming the needed hand sealTiger, the user transforms the ground underneath their opponent into a river of mud that throws them off balance and away from the user. The mud created by this technique can also be used as a medium for the Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet technique.

Stand within short range of your target and then form the tiger handseal and transform the ground below the target into a river of muds which flows away from yourself, effectively causing the target to lose balance.

Description: When used with Earth Release: Earth Flow River, the user will then perform the Ram → Horse → Dragon they can create a dragon-like head to fire concentrated mud at an opponent. This can also be combined with a fire jutsu to shoot lava toward an opponent.

After the mud from Earth Release: Earth Flow River has swept the target away perform the handseals Ram → Horse → Dragon and have a dragon-like head emerge from the river formed entirely out of mud with a gaping jaw and have it shoot concentrated mud towards the target. If you know any fire techniques that might work well with this one use it to ignite the concentrated mud creating concentrated lava.

1st jutsu:

As my opponent is close to me, I quickly perform the tiger hand seal, and infuse my doton chakra to the ground bellow the opponent, creating a mudflow, which flows away from me.

An advantage is that with this jutsu, I can keep close range specialists at a safe distance. a disadvantage is that it deals no damage.

2nd jutsu:

As the mud of the first jutsu is ready, I then perform the ram -> horse -> dragon hand seals, and with shape manipulation, I form the mud into a dragon head. I then shoot the dragon head towards the opponent.

an advantage is that it covers a significant range. A disadvantage is that it's unusable unless I have used the other justsu beforehand.
