Alright, looks like you've been through the theoretical stuff with Omnom so let's start with the first technique;
For this technique I want you to gather your water chakra and channel it outward to materialize water out of nowhere by using the moisture within the air. After succesfully having created the water manipulate it to form a small wave of water to knock my clone off it's feet -creates a clone- then go through the same process but instead of creating a wave shoot a blast of water from your hand to damage the knocked down clone further.
