I guess we've already somewhat knew this, but what do you think this quote implied?
Oro had the body? or maybe he collaborated with Madara while he was still alive?

Madara implanted senju dna into himself to awaken the rinnegan.

i personally think it means that he gave madara wood release the same way he did danzo
and that when madara got hashi's dna it only gave him the physical energies to awaken the rinnegan and not wood release
pretty much what i think is that when kabuto said i made you beyond your prime he gave madara wood release

He gave Madara wood release. I'm not really sure if it was him or Kabuto though. I actually thought it was Kabuto he ended up doing it but maybe Orochimaru did, as that scan seems to indicate.

Madara did it himself, he admits that he implanted the DNA right after his fight with Hashirama. He goes on to say it didn't do much until he was an old fart and the Rinnegan was awakened.

It may have been toyed with by either Orochimaru or Kabuto to make it more stable though (prevent trees from spontaneously growing from limbs).

Kabuto assisted and continued his work with other strong people
Itachi and Nagato could be seen as Kabutos greatest toys, but he knows his trumph card is Orochimarus greatest toy.

Oro prob got a hold of Madaras corpse while he was in Akatsuki.
Then he would continue more experiments on his corpse

The edo madara has rinnegan thanks to orochimaru, not madara himself
If madara was resurrected purely by nagato, he probably still wouldnt have rinnegan unless obito implanted hashis power in madara like planned.

Remeber madara gave his rinnegans to nagato so he had them again because of orochimaru

I agree 100% with this due to the fight with the Third Hokage...who knows what powerful shinobis Oro had in his labs...he had access to almost every justu know in the Narutoverse but was not able to learn to use them due to him being mortal...watch as he gives Sasuke some crazy ass info later on

Disagree with this 100%...Madara had the Rinnegan before he died and had Hashi's cells in him before he died as well...Oro only just enhanced his powers...how is that possible? Look at Yamato, who knew the 1st's powers better than Oro...he just took the dead body of Madara and tried to create his own version of the Sof6P

Ok I see, if Madara were to be revived without hashis face, he would of prob still had rinnegan

And orochimaru experimenting on madara boosted his powers by having hashis powers and his own.

It was suppose to be part of the plan that when they revived madara to have it ready to have hashiramas powers too, and is why kabuto was saying he was on Madaras side, but was unsure of Obito
