In the fight against Danzo, I would wager if a fair fight had been the true matter, Sasuke would have in high probability lost to Danzo in managing to lay a severe injury upon him. Although, it is be in popular agreement that if Obito/Tobi had not been a factor, nor Karin, Danzo would have instantly been the greater sword in such a fight and possibly not even required the use of his KA trump card.

His slaying of Orochimaru at the time is far less than an achievement that can be boasted, as many others would have likely to have been able to defeat him[, some without being caught within the transference ritual's reality inside the Serpent Sanin]. You Sasuke fans are delusional O.o He won a few fights (Danzo, Deidara (although the Great Snake Escape was the biggest asspull I've ever seen)), but those of you saying he beat Itachi and Bee are insane.
Itachi was letting Sasuke get in hits and ultimately planned to lose to him; Zetsu even commented that it was strange that Itachi was getting hit by some of Sasuke's attacks at all. Itachi could have pulled out Susano'o whenever he wanted, he wanted to tell Sasuke certain information and also get rid of Orochimaru's influence. He let Sasuke win. The fight was so ridiculously staged by Itachi that it's absurd to think Sasuke won fairly.
Bee raped him. So badly. Sasuke thought he'd put Bee under a genjutsu, turned around and got smacked in the throat by a Lariat, and would've died right there if it weren't for Karin and Jugo. Earlier on, he got stabbed all over by Bee's crazy swords, and had to be healed by Karin. He couldn't stand up against Bee at all.
Also, while he might have had a brief chance against A (I still reckon A would've won), Onoki and Mei Terumi both whacked him pretty damn easily.
So yes, he did lose a 1 vs 1 fight. Several times.
