Hey these maybe nooby questions but they are bugging me hard so I'm just going to ask

1. Do you need a post count or a ninja rank to create custom jutsu
2. Are scrolls that hold armour and weapons classed as a custom if so do I need a different kind of custom creation thread
3. When I put a weapon in my bio does it need to be approved?
4. Is there a sticky thread that shows all current summoning contracts if there is an animal that isn't there do indeed post count or level to create my own summoning contract

Yes, you need to be I think S-Class to make a custom(s)... if you want to sign a user's summoning contract just ask them and make a thread. Yes Scorps has made such a thread. Yeah ask a RP mod to be extra sure

For he second one I ment my character has two pictures and I'd like to make a scroll that summons the armour from the other picture

Actually, it doesn't matter what your ninja rank is, you can make customs at any point. The difference however is certain ranks can only use up to a certain jutsu rank, s-class is basically the rank in order to submit s-rank customs, the highest level aside from forbidden which you need sannin for. In addition, you can't make a custom of a rank in which you don't posses, if your b-ranked in water, you can't make any water customs above b-rank. (in water)

Adding to this, you can sign/submit a custom summon when you're Jounin. Can sign/submit another custom summon at kage rank.
Yes, only approved custom weapons can be included in bio.

As far as I know you need the knowledge of sealing jutsu to store or summon a weapon weapon (this I may be wrong).
