Best- Black Lagoon Cowboy Bebop Blue Sub #6 Area 88 Gundam Wing 8th MS Team and Outlaw Star were all great.
Worst- I hated Gundam Seed with a passion. Completely turned me off to ever watching another Gundam series. Zatch Bell creeper me out for some reason too.

I can't fathom why you think Accel World is a bad anime, let alone the worst out there. The premise may not be that unique but it still makes a fantastic story. The character development is great, the action is pretty much always intense, and the drama is a lot more striking than a lot of other similar stories out there. A lot of people hate Haru's design, and admittedly it's very unusual, but his character is quite developed and, even if I don't personally like him a great deal, he's still a fantastic main character all things considered.

No reasoning as to why you say all of the dubs are bad? Just because it's english, doesn't necessarily make it bad. Sure there have been some really bad examples, One Piece when 4kids owned them, Pokemon after it got taken over by The Pokemon Company and so on, but that doesn't mean all dubs are bad. Considering how many dubs are out there, it's a bit brash to say 95% of them are the worst. Funimation are actually pretty good with their dubs. Soul Eater, Madoka Magicka, One Piece even aren't half bad. Then you've got the likes of Cowboy Bebop, which is probably the anime with the best english dub ever, could even be better than the original japanese version.

Also you miss the point of the thread, to name the best and worst anime based on it's content, not based on it's english adaptations.

Honestly I think One Piece is one of the best action Shounens out there only under Fullmetal Alchemist and Zatch Bell for me. OP is incredibly long and the style is cartoony but the characters are very developed (some of the best Shounen backstories I've ever seen) and the fights are pretty cool, the action doesn't seem as generic as a lot of other action Shounens. Like Naruto for example has good action, but you can see that it's very similar to a lot of other action manga out there. One Piece's isn't quite like that.

Best for me has to be Code Geass.

I must agree with you on Geass's awesomeness, but the bold hurts me a lot. I'd say Clannad is the best romance I have ever seen, really emotional and probably one of the most powerful and deepest of stories I have ever come across. Pretty much the entire cast gets the development they need and considering the fact that the Clannad adaptation combines a number of different visual novel routes into one coherent story (in spite of the fact that all the arcs are probably completely unrelated iirc) I think they did a fantastic job, I personally never would've guessed that it WASN'T all one connected story originally.
