its particularly a MS technique, which is usable without damage to yourself with EMS so sasuke can use it with his MS as a result he's exhausted badly.

You seem to have forgotten that Itachi planted amaterasu in sasuke, Sasuke used it on tobi and madara as well... Sasuke has taken this to new level.
Raikage seems to be too overconfident of his lightening shield, to put hand straight in that fire. He is toast man! Farewell Raikage. Sasuke can not handle MS. He got exhausted in just single use of amaterasu.

Madara didn't say anything about Itachi transferring all of his Mangekyou techniques to Sasuke. He just said Itachi awakened Sasuke's Mangekyou and gave him Amaterasu.

Itachi is still way beyond Sasuke, if for no other reason than experience. I, for one, am really glad to see that the Amaterasu has such a high cost and is also not the be all, end all ability.
Thank god that Sasuke's curse mark/Orochimaru is gone, otherwise there would not be enough space in the manga to have him use all his abilities.
