If it wasnt for those damn kunai i believe minato wouldve been a regular shinobi , Still kinda powerful because he created the rasengan and all but im pretty sure if he wouldve never learned the Flying raijin technique he wouldve never learned the sealing techniques to go along with it , well except the one he used on naruto. other than that i think he would just be jonin level o_o comments below If You flame, You are going to start a war you will loose so dont try me -_-

minato had a very fast base speed aswell and he had the fastest reactions in narutoverse.... not to mention he was a master of seals so he would of had loads of them... i believe we havent even seen half of minato's power unfortunetly but kishi clearly reguards S/T jutsu as speed so who are we to say otherwise.. its his manga

Anyway, on Topic, Minato is fast with or without his FTG. Simple as that, would be a bother to link you to the dozens and dozens of threads and Manga pages/anime that would prove your theory to be wrong, so do that research by yourself.

We've seen him fight only a couple times, other than that he has been just talk, but by very powerful people. And I always assume he has an arsenal of jutsu, but he just uses the most efficient ones, which basically have never failed from what we've seen.

Aww Thanks I Am Gangsta , But back on topic so people just talk about minato and blah just like they talk about Hashi . so he's just another hashi meaning we only seen him fight a couple of times but hear alot of things about him -_- , Kishi is really pissing me off

first it's not because of kunai! it's because of FTG (S/T jutsu)
second : Minato handled 3 jonnin from cloud just using his speed when he was only a gennin
he caught naruto using his base speed (when tobi threw naruto, and he acknowledged his speed )
third : If Minato is not fast then who the hell is ?
