I haven't seen Code: Breaker, but I did read a description of it, and I immediately thought the concept was the same as DTB? Is it? Or is the description wrong?

No.Maybe they have similar description i can't say they are alike ...yeah they some similarities but at the same time they are quite different in story/characters
