Looks: the third kazekage was a tall man with spikey black hair that hung down to his shoulders. he had olive skin and wore a long brown cloak that covered his entire body.

Personality: the third kazekage was a very loyal man especially when it came to his village and those who lived in it. he was fiercely protective of sunagakure and its citizens and would go to any means to protect them. he was also highly intelligent as shown by the way he was able to use his own abilites to replicate those of the shukaku.

Background Info.
History: born in sunagakure the third quickly prove himself as a talented and powerful shinobi, rising through the rank at an alarming pace until, still at a young age, he was selected as kazekage. at some point after studying the jinchūriki of Shukaku of the time,he recreated its sand-manipulating powers by combining his own magnetic chakra and iron powder, which produced the Iron Sand technique. It was for this very ability that he was noted as the strongest Kazekage in the entire history of Sunagakure.

Other water speciality: due to his intense training in the element of water he is able to perform all water jutsu with only a single hand seal.

He also carries a large gourd much like gaaras on his back, this gourd is made out of and filled with iron sand which the kazekage can use for his jutsu.
