do you think your choices in the following categories affect the way people respond to you?

for example, i recently changed my avatar and sig to what you see now and iv'e been given a lot more rep then usual. i went up two bars in the past week and soon shall have a fifth :D

my user name is kinda stupid cause it's simply my email, had i know i'd enjoy NB so much i'd been more serious with my choice :o also if i knew the choice was permanent *unless premium* i'd defiantly would have choose something different

iv'e noticed that members with more memorable names and avatars seem to have quite the liking to them by other members :y and seem to get more rep and respect by fellow members

so what are your thoughts on the matter?

Yes. If my name was I don't like Hashirama, people would think differently. Now I have a new sig and people will think differently

I think it's a combination of your avatar, sig and what you post in threads. There are lots of avatars and sigs that gets lots of rep on NB but its mostly what you post IMO

people usually gave me rep for my sigs with girls shaking their titties or asses. but most of the times is for my posts or because they're friends.

no not all the time but some times they ask me where i got my sig and ave and profile pic though and i think that they are just a little jelluse they are just thinking that i wtch the coolest anime ever.

It's just getting to know people. Because of FG, I feel more inclined to talk to those people that I've spoken to before.

Someone whom had just come back from a ban(I would believe), and got banned again, commented on how I was the one with white hair picking my nose, as in 'you're the stupid one.'

It doesn't much anymore, but my name made it easy for many, especially in the rp-section, to call me a brat, and I also played a lot on it when I first joined, not that I disliked any of it, but it had its effects and affected how people dealt with me there.
Now though, as I don't rp much anymore, people treat me pretty much as any other member I think.

As for the avatar(and sig), I would say they at least get the attention of fellow fans, and not that I have definite proof, but I'd say that does affect reception of me, a little bit if at all.
