She has grey-blue eyes and is commonly seen with a somewhat innocent and child-like expression on her face. Her amaranth hair is tied up in two short, scrubby pigtails with orange bows. She wears a mini skirt, a pink, sleeveless top with a dark blue center and a folded collar with yet another orange ribbon tied around it and a heart emblem on the chest, and long gloves. On her upper-arms she wears frilled armbands with orange ribbons tied around them.

Personality: Chelia is the typical "Dojikko," a very clumsy and cute girl that falls over a lot. She also seems determined and doesn't seem to stand up for herself well either, as she apologizes for falling, and gets frightened when people yells at her. She claims her "love" isn't at the level of her cousin yet. She is a kind hearted girl who is always looking out for her friends.

Background Info.
History: Chelia was born and raised in Sunagakure and resides there to this day. Presently she lives with her older cousin Sherry Blendy whom she does everything with. Sherry is like a parental figure towards Chelia and has been ever since both the pairs parents were killed while they were young. After this incident, Sherry took it upon herself to look after her younger cousin. Currently, Chelia earns money by going on Missions to support the house, while Sherry does the work at home. This is due to the fact that Chelia is a Jounin and makes a better fighter than cousin Sherry who hasn't even passed her Chuunin exams. However, in order to make more money, Chelia needs more training in both Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, leaving her on the look out for a teacher willing to help improve her existing skills.

Blend isn't a clan and has to be submitted in the "custom clans submission" thread but you can't do that since you have to be a Sage(10,000 posts).You need to actually write the looks. But other than that it's a good first bio

I like it but as miggy said there are a few things that need changed for now and then when you update it later you can add a clan or specialty.
You can't add custom clan if it is not submitted and approved yet. And you need wind mastered before you can put it in specialty.
