My best guess is that the blood we saw was Kagura's. If you pay really close attention you can see her bleeding when unsheathing her sword:

Perhaps the reason for why she won't unsheath her sword is because she has to sacrifice herself.

i think that blood came from Kagura. theres a reason she doesnt uses that blade. perhaps it comes at a price. her own friends were telling her not to use it.

I think Jellal actually jumped inbetween, the way he was portrayed on the last page gives off a certain 'farewell' feeling with that expression and if it was Milliana or anything Jellal shouldn't be shown and if Erza did get cut and he knew he wouldn't look like that and it's certainly not an expression used for a random appearance or whatnot.
