Look, even though people have tried to prove that Hashirama DNA can get you the rinnegan, there really isn't any way to prove that it happens. Unless kishi comes out and says "Hashirama plus uchiha equals rinnegan", there is no definite way. As for sasuke getting the rinnegan, I highly doubt he would want it. He's pretty much turned into a uchiha purest. Now, if sasuke could bring people back to life, the only person he would bring back is itachi. He doesn't care for anyone else.
