Well if you take into consideration she is only a drawn character... No she's not hot even though. Ofc this is my personal opinion but I think she is the worst Naruto female, even worse then tenten. She has an annoying personality, she doesn't have any cool techniques considering Kishi just thought it was weird to put in another female med nin (Hence the bithe thingy). She doesn't really bring anything to the plot ( at least so far (a name doesn't count)). And did I mention she is like the annoying things about Sakura except there are no good sides?

Now I am flaming an anime character witch isn't very nice or mature of me, the reason I did this is because.

Her looks are not good.
She is uninteresting.
And she is seriously annoying.
This makes her ugly with a bad appeal and bad personality = opposite of sexy
