I just want to make sure I read you correctly, in layman's terms, you want to at the very least kiss maybe even sleep with your gf but she doesn't?
If that's the case well, you can't force her. That's called rape. And if you're wanting to do adult things with her then you need to have an adult conversation about it first. Do you even know why she's reluctant? Maybe she just needs time. And with that, you need to talk to the other girl too. If she really is your friend, then she would respect your current relationship and not try and break you up by being "available."
