Thought I'd make this thread so you guys can share your (hopefully reasonable) top ten lists. Here's mine:

-Shiki's Devil Fruit is crazy strong plus he fought against Roger and probably WhiteBeard on equal grounds

Mihawk is 1 level weaker than Shanks and Kizaru is weaker than Akainu who is < to Shanks.
And at MF BB was all set on "destroying MF" and then RH rocked up and he's all "I can't fight him now"

It took a whole fleet for Shiki to punch on with Riger.

And Shanks has also gotten stronger.

i'm not really much into top lists in OP, but I agree its hard to make them cuz most of them is feared but we haven't seen them do anything

BB is defenetly up there top 5 or top 3, he has 2 devil fruits and one of them belonged to whitebread :D

impossible to rank big mom but i assume shes equal to shanks as an emperor. right now kaidou is supposed to be strongest as dofla would rather fight admirals than him. impossible to rank roger and garp as ive seen nothing from them that could suggest good speed and haki feats

Garp was on equal footing with Roger & WB. if you say Shiki is on Garp level, then he's on Roger & WB level. I think he's Sengoku level.

If BB fought a non-DF guy such as Garp, he'd get beaten up easily since he has shown no haki. So for now he's less than 8.

Firstly Marco>Magellan since he's haki is as strong an Admirals and Magellan has none.
Secondly if you rank to what you've seen, you can't rank Ace>Doffy since we haven't seen him use haki yet the latter has shown all 3 so he's >other. Same goes for Shanks & BB, we haven't seen BB use haki and Shanks also has Admiral level hakiso with that the case you're ranking is wrong. What's more is that BB was ready to destroy MF but Shanks' appearance made him leave which implies what......

econdly if you rank to what you've seen, you can't rank Ace>Doffy since we haven't seen him use haki yet

again dofla having haki doesnt mean he will tank ace's supernova that was only deflected by another massive logia blast (BB's darkness, kuzan's ice)

Same goes for Shanks & BB, we haven't seen BB use haki and Shanks also has Admiral level hakiso with that the case you're ranking is wrong

are you really saying that BB is completely identical now to preskip? when they even said he was going DF hunting and curbstomped whitebeard's crew as well? not to mention he retreated onyl cos he hadnt fully gained control over the gura gura

Dragon is should currently be WSM. And it's most likely that BB will be the weakes Emperor for now.

Blackbeard before timeskip with gura gura was still insanely strong and he had hardly begun using it by then (Talking about the time in Marineford).
He could basically alter the sky and sea around him on top of having the yami yami fruit, only thing stopping him from taking down Marineford was Garp and Sengoku and the fact he wasn't confident in his power yet / not skilled enough at the time
And for the timeskip he has been hunting down devil fruit users for their powers most likely.
So I don't think he's the weakest yonko even now. And you could be right that Dragon is stronger but all top 10 right now are mostly speculation unless you count only what we've seen (Then you can't include Dragon, the yonko except a vague hint of Shanks, etc)
