Considering her current situation, she is probably going to die. However, the last time that we saw her, she was still alive. Granted she was cut in half and she ordered Katsuya to use her abilities to heal the other Kage. If the other Kage were in as bad of condition, healing them would likely leave her with very little chakra and even Katsuya would probably be drained, too.

i think it is fitting she dies heroicly saving the kages and possibly renewing their chakra), in the same way that her other 'Legendary' teammate Jiraiah died heroicly.

That said... seems like Orochimaru is the only one out of the three who just doesnt die and stay that way lol

Well it's possible that she is dead after saving rest of the kages life, I know most people would say that then we should have seen a flashback or something, but it's possible Kishi wasn't allowed to show it, just like back when Pain attacked the village, he originally intended for a fight between tsunade and pain, and have tsunade being injured, so she would go in a coma, however, whoever pays Kishi didn't want it, so he had to go directly to the Naruto fight (mainly cause everyone was waiting for it, and mad that Kakashi was dead). So it could be it was simply skipped.

With Tsunade it is the same...Kishi would never kill her and let for example the old Tsuchikage live...just no. If he wanted Tsunade to die...he would have done that a long time ago...pain arc...Just my opinion

They will show her dying, saving the others first. But no, a main character like that doesn't just die without the death fully being shown, last words etc.

Best would be dying in an epic way, saving everyone else. Then getting remembered as a hero. That would fit her since all her relatives died that way.

She is still alive and IF she dies now, like that, unexplained, I will consider it crap. All the deaths till now were explained. Only Tsunade's would be the one with zero reasons. So I don't think she'll die now.
I believe she'll die on the batterfield.
I heard some spoilers that on 616 the kages will be brought back (as in revived by her), hopefully, it;s true! ^_^
