What do we know about the one who knows everything

Sasuke wants to find out from T.O.W.K.E.
1.) What it means to be a village [2]
2.) What it means to be a clan [2]
3.) What it means to be a shinobi [2]
4.) It has something to do with Edo Tensie, and more specifaclly the edo tensie of madara [1]
5.) It is most likely a uchiha and is related to the uchiha's good name and itachi's willingness to help the village [3]
6.) the scroll contains the one who knows everything and needs oro to fufill it [4]
7.)What evers on it is not only related to what is already been stated but would also make taka invincible

Now given the facts it can only be one of two people (or both)
A) madara it is heavily suggested that it is him given all the facts that i have presented or even foreshadowing images

I) madara is part of his clan and help found his village and is a highly skill shinobi
II) madara's edo tensie was directly mentioned
III)Madara was willing to betray the leaf and caused the catalyst that made the uchiha plan the coup'
But why would sasuke need Oro to see someone that is already here. He wouldn't (imo) so that leads me to my next person
And what do we know of that would connect to madara and also give the hawks powers that they don't already have
B) Hirishma
I)is the first hokage and just as powerful a clan founder of the village and knows what it means to be a shinobi
II) had a rivalry with the uchiha and is in turn connected with them
III) the only shinobi that could defeat edo madara [5]

IV) would need a highly powerfull shinobi to unseal from the death reapers stomach
V) Unsealing The people stored in RDS would essencally give the user control over god level shinobi
