UCHIHA SASUKE!!!!!!
His visual powers are overwhelming and after he had the MS and now the EMS, really, he is the strongest uchiha after Shisui. Uchihas are classified according to their special visual powers. Shisui had the power to control some one without any difficulty and his sharingan surpasses even that of Madara, and that's why Danzo taught of no other eye but shisui's. Sasuke's visual powers has not fully been shown and yet his ordinary sharingan could see through Itachi's tsukiyomi, I think he deserves a credit for that.
