I might be wrong with this. But I think the chakra they are sensing are of narutos. If you look at the page, when sasuke and the others sensed the massive chakra they are facing opposite as where oro is going.

i think orichimaru might have figured out a way to revieve harishima or izuna or maybe one of the 2 brothers of the sage and thats who there gonna see because tobi said orichimaru knew more about akaski than he thought he did. It was not bad but giving everyone kyuubi's chakra seems too predictable.....I mean Naruto's....but it was good least we got to see Sasuke's progress...I wonder who's the people who know all?!?
