This was awful. No one can do anything without the help of Naruto, Obito is still feeling sorry for himself, Lee doesn't even seem that sad that Neji's gone (I can't take that panel seriously, just look at his face) and there was no real progression - Naruto handed out chakra and then the chapter ended.

I rated the chapter a 2 but im wishing i went back to give it a 1 :sy:

KYUUBI did not ran out of chakra... he meditated to modify the chakra for naruto... wow nice twist! and sasuke being in konoha... elders are not in konoha so therefore they're going to the uchiha hideout/base

Do people actually expect the story from chakra sharing to 10-tail defeat in one chapter? Notice the Nara clan saying "yes it stopped". This is the very first part of Shikaku's plan, its just to complicated to slam into one chapter. Also it wasn't well placed but it was kind of now or never for the flash back between ino/shika/dads.

As always its one chapter in a big story. It was a set up chapter for the next bit of shikaku's plan - which is action.

After seeing the first page i typed this to my friend on skype "LOL **** they went to ****** and ori" i didn't like that and i don't even think the timing was right , unless kishi plans to enter a role for sasuke ori on this war , but still i was "he can delay it" well he delayed it as it seems after all.

For me the chapter was good , the flashback of what the fathers said was a waste of pages for me but i think it was needed , to show their feeling.
