Bro, read the chapter where the juubi was revived. Kurama said that it can't be sensed and Naruto had to go in SM to check out it's power. They couldn't feel anything and thought the Gedo Mazou was destroyed until it appeared.
It's Naruto's Chakara, because that one Ninja said it was the ''kyuubi's'" and then said no "it's Naruto's", meaning it feels like Naruto's chakra and not the Kyuubi's. That's also why it bothered Sasuke

Kurama also said he gave all his chakra to Naruto, so it feels like Naruto's chakra
