No im not doubting the fact that only SM can sense shisen energy.
But you are relying on this one fact, when they could be sensing anything for them to not be a sage or sensor

Its defo Naruto's chakra. Remember you can't sense the Juubi so it's not that and they all looked back not infront so its not the one who knows everything. Thirdly Oro says its bothering Sasuke which means its making him sh*t his pants about how Narutos so powerfull now.

Well who else can sense it other than Naruto? And Naruto was only able to sense when he tried to measure it in his Sage Mode. Go back over few chapters when the Juubi was first summoned. Kurama gives a good explanation of why it can't be sensed.

If you master SM, you become a sage. I don't know if other sensor types can also sense nature energy, but that's what has been stated. But fact remains, Sasuke and the other are not sensor types... So they can't sense Nature energy, which the Juubi is made of

Anyways, they are sensing Naruto's chakra, which is a no brainer if you read the manga correctly

I still think it's the elders.. Who else is there in Konoha who knows about the massacre? Maybe they will go visit the Uchiha tablet, now that Sasuke has EMS, he will be able to see the secrets that's on it

That is true. If you look at all the S-class Ninja's they have good of level of sensing Chakra. Sage Mode Naruto, BM Naruto and few other new ninja's take sensing Chakra to a level we haven't seen before.
