I thought it was kind of obvious that it was Naruto/Kurama's chakra.... Not only was there a page clearly pointing towards it at the end of 615, but also another page pointing at it on the page after the one you linked. It's clear that they're talking about Naruto's Chakra.

Juubi is not made out of chakra.


Juubi is made out of Ultimate Natural Energy.

But Naruto was not able to sense Juubis power.

The Power overwhelmed Naruto in an instant.

So there is no possible way Sasuke could have sensed Juubi.
