Hiei has mid- length black spiky hair. He wears black pants and a black tank under a black robe and has linen clothe bands around his hands up to his forearms, and on his feet that reach up to his knees. He has black colored eyes that turn red when he is in battle, an heirloom from his father's clan, Uchiha.
Personality: A rather brooding individual, Hiei is both ruthless and a bit arrogant. Yet despite these unwholesome qualities he is an exceptional shinobi; willing to give his life for his village and those he loves. He is highly intelligent and takes delight in fighting worthy opponents.

Background Info.
History:
Born in Yukigakure, Hiei was considered an abomination to the elders. Not only was half Uchiha (his father being a member of that cursed clan), he also was born with an affinity for fire based chakra. This was discovered the day of his birth. He was a silent baby at birth (a bad omen indeed) yet when he was taken from his mother he screamed and the fire in the hearth that was used to warm the room became a sudden blaze and the flames seemed to take on a black hue. Because of these troubling signs it was deemed that he was a demon and was to be taken to a waterfall and drowned. Yet somehow he miraculously survived and was found floating in the cool waters by local peasants outside of the village.
Fearing for the child's life, his adoptive parents escaped to Sunagakure. Growing up, Hiei found that the heat of the desert did not bother him in the slightest though he came from colder climates.
He was a loner and only dealt with the only parents he had ever known. For this reason he was a outcast among the rest of the children of the village. One day he was cornered by three young genin of the village but instead of fleeing he got the jump on them and sent them scurrying to their Sensei. Unbeknownst to them one of the village Jounin watched the whole thing and in the end recruited young Hiei into the academy and the age of six. Two years later he became a Genin.
He rose through the ranks rather quickly and was soon recruited to the Sand's Anbu division, not only for his great skills but also because of his inability to work well with others.

After the death of his adoptive parents while he was within the Sand's Anbu organization, Hiei decided to leave the Anbu and go out in search of his village of birth in order to get revenge on his mother and the village elders. But once he gets there he finds that she is already dead, and because of the sorrow he feels he decides to not destroy the village. While there he finds out that he was not an only child but he also had a sister who had been kidnapped from the village by Kirigakure shinobi because of her KG Hyouton. Fearing for the only family he had left, Hiei quickly went to her aid and tracked down the kidnappers. In a rage at the terrible state of his sister he unleashed a terrible jutsu of his own making that he dubbed Kuro ryū no jigoku no hi (black dragon hellfire). Fearing that killing the men would result in Hiei becoming even more blood thirsty, his sister begged him to spare their lives and to take her away with him to his village where she would be safe. Seeing the almost crystal like frozen tears on her cheeks Hiei relents and allows them to go. He soon returned to Sunagakure with his beloved sister in tow, and now lives as a defender of the village.
Because off his swiftness, intellect, blood lust, and hell fire technique he is one of the most feared shinobi in Sunagakure history.

Hell yeah Hiei is bad ass. It's surprising that no one's made this bio yet. Someone should make a Yusuke bio where he's a Hyuga (seeing as how he has the spirit energy leaving his hands and all).

Though I doubt he'll respond since he hasn't been on NB for a month but I believe you can't make bios without permission unless it has been atleast two months.

I would like to add something in about transplants. Custom bios can have a transplants but they cant have nothing else like a clan or sensory. Caliburn has said this to a member like a few months back. But yea the third eye that is a no no.

I neither have a clan nor am I a sensor, but whatever I guess I'll remove it for now at least. But I will stieal someone's Byakugan, Hiei without his third eye is wack.
