At the end of the Invasion of Pain arc, Nagato used Rinne Tensei to resurrect everyone in Konoha. Everyone was alive and well just like they were just before their deaths... But what about the people who were crushed under buildings or exploded by Asura Path's missiles or torn apart by Animal Path's summons etc., etc. ?
To make things perfectly clear, lets say Kakashi did not Kamui away the nail that Pain shot at him.


So when he was revived he would have still had a nail in his head and died again immediately. What about all the others who died under similar circumstances?

and here the logic is : Rinne tensei can bring people back to life no matter how they died

Because the rinne tensi was never intended to be used the way it was displayed, and only the jewish investors who told Kishi to include that stupid ****ing plot hole(pain changing his mind) and revive everyone who died in the battle caused such immense stupidity. Kishi, on his own, would have never made that happen as that wasn't his direction.
