I would want to be Neji of course, genius, have a KKG and have a great fighting style and techniques.

If it was who would win, well in part 1 neji was stronger then lee. Lee trained and aimed to beat neji with his gates but was stopped in his tracks but gaara's defence alone.

In part 2 lee has gain no new feats apart from becoming chunin, yet neji has been promoted to jounin and learnt air palms. He seems to have made the most improvement in konoha 11 apart from choji who has no learnt control of his butterfly mode. So yh as neji would win in part 1, he still wins now. Unless lee could go 7 gates but unfortunately that never happened and he stayed the same as in part 1 only going up to 5
