this explanation made by me, read at your own risk :
1. The chakra that sasuke and everyone sense is naruto's chakra
2. kyubi's special chakra can be mold and transfer to everyone
this kyubi's special chakra to boost up everyone jutsu
3. Naruto folow shikaku's plan to boost up inoshikanara technique to bind juubi
4. and perhaps in the next chapter naruto will directly attack the juubi

Yup! Exactly....tough we don't know for sure about Sasuke (though it is likely)
Anne yes, the whole problem before was that they couldn't get to Madara/Obito because the Juubi is haax strong. Now that it is immobile, they csn attack. Since Naruto is kinda close quarters I'd imagine He, Hinata, Lee, and Gai will be after Madara...with Kamui Kakashi will take on Obito.
