Raikage faster than kcm naruto?

now we can see the raikage is a long way off from naruto and he tells naruto to get ready. now if naruto was faster the raikage would never catch up to him think about it if a car is going at a speed of 120mph(naruto) while another one is going at a speed of 100mph(raikage) the raikage would never catch up.

another point is naruto is going one dierection while the raikage is going another so its easier for naruto to dodge then if he was standing still like in storm 3

Raikages fist was centimeters from Narutos face when he dashed away. When As fist hit the stone wall Naruto was already several meters behind him. If Naruto wasnt faster something like that would be impossible.

I never thought Naruto was faster because it took him almost eight times to finally Dodge raikages attack so his chances of being hit by him is still 7/8

but thats where my dieraction theory comes into play so ofcouse its easier for naruto to dodge plus during that whole fight the raikage was making light work of naruto in his lightning armor level 1

he wasn't using KM to the fullest in the beginning, which is normal considering he pretty much just got it.
when he was trying to pass by the Raikage his speed was around the Raikage's (maybe a bit less) and if that was KM max speed he would have been hit, but Raikage pretty much forced him to fast learn or he would die.
