When a Jinchuuriki dies, does the beast did with them, or become released?

It's not reincarnated, it's simply resurrected and reformed. And yes, it keeps all it's memories and comes back how it died.

When the host is about to die or dies the seal weakens and allows the beast to break free and the beast starts smashing things.....

Then Some one like minato shows up and seals the beast in some one else....

It's not reincarnated, it's simply resurrected and reformed. And yes, it keeps all it's memories and comes back how it died.

Reincarnated means you are born again as a new thing, with a different personality, feelings,looks, even species maybe.

Bijuu do not do this, they resurrect as in they come back to life and they reform, as in their bodies are remade.

Nope a bijuu are only one creatures besides hidan that is immortal. Wen a bijuu reform after being destroyed it recovers it's old age not that kid one.

Considering a bijuu is nothing more than a concentrated mass of chakra, they can't physically die. When the Jinchuuriki dies, and there is no other person available to take over as Jinchuuriki, the bijuu either disappears together with his host or breaks free and causes destruction before it's sealed again.

In the case of disappearing with the host, the bijuu will after a certain time appear freely on the earth again and cause destruction until it's sealed. That's why they always make sure they have another person available to take over as Jinchuuriki because the destruction would be too great if a bijuu is left free.

So a bijuu doesn't die, it just disappears for a while before it reappears again.

It depends, If you are about to die and you are low on chakra, your chakra is so weak that it can't support the seal. Then, the seal is broken and the Jinchuuriki (if not friendly) will go on a rampage. If it is friendly, I don't know.

Also, If he lets say gets killed instantly and his/her body is gone (exploded or destroyed into bits or thin air) it will be soon come back to life after it takes onto another person and the cycle of the jinchuuriki will repeat again.

Now, you're thinking, WTF HAPPEN TO SHUKAKU (Gaara's Tailed Beast/One-Tailed Beast), there is a chance that Tobi used all of the Shukaku's chakra into the Gedo Mazou since Tobi can't control too much chakra at once. Then, you're thinking, "How come he can control the 10 Tails and the other Tails, excluding Naruto and Bee). Its because Tobi brought the Jinchuurikis back to life and so that they also control the beasts with Tobi, but Tobi has most of the control. I don't know if you understand what i'm trying to get at.
