If Kabuto didn't get genjutsu'd by Itachi and is still an instrument in this war, what could be the possible events that happened? Maybe we would still have edo ninjas and it would really make the alliance to more danger. What do you think?

It could have been easier for Sealing teams to seal these EDOS temporarily and later permanently with stronger seals.
