Whenever he says stuff like "I will not answer this" or stuff like that, it just means that you did the trick wrong. It's not meant to be done alone, it's supposed to be done with one person who knows the trick typing it and another person who doesn't know.

Here's the trick if you want to know it:

When you're writing the petition, type period in the beginning. Then, you type the answer to the question you're going to ask, and then when you're done asking the question, you type another period, and then if it didn't finish the petition, you type the rest. But when you put the first period, whatever you type will be what he says for the answer until you put the last period. But in the petition, it'll show up as the letters that you're supposed to write for the petition, and when you're done typing the answer, you put another period and then type the rest yourself and it'll show what you're actually typing.

It's fun to mess with people when I do it.

Yeah, my brother did the same thing. -_- He tricked me and my friend and we were trying to figure out what was the trick for ours, and when we started looking at what he was typing instead of at the screen (which is everyone's main problem with this) he thought we'd figure it out and stopped, so we ended up typing random stuff in and eventually got it lol.
